YES! It is advisable to book in advance. We cover a vast area. There are very few taxis in the area. 🚕💨

We can supply car seats for infants, and toddlers. Most of our vehicles have 'all ages' seat belts. Let us know what size/type of car seat is suitable. 💺
Some of our vehicles are wheelchair accessible. We have a range of Unwin wheelchair restraints. We also carry out passenger transport for Powys Teaching Health Board. 🏥
If required, we can offer temporary (day) hire of an approved crash tested wheelchair provided, and maintained by TPG Disabled Aids Hereford. 🦽
Occasionally, when 'out on the road' card machines will not connect due to poor 3G coverage. Drivers are aware of locations where there are connection issues, which means payments will need to be made at the start of certain journeys.
Sadly, Hay on Wye no longer has a high street bank, and just one ATM in the town, and no bank. - this can run out of money during peak times!
Our taxis operate on a meter. Prices (per mile) are set by Powys and Herefordshire County Council. There are variations in prices - which are listed on the tariff sheet.
We can offer some really good ideas on what to do, where to go, or what to see.
Locally, there are some great places to visit, we can take you there (and bring you back!)

Cider or gin? Local beers/fine wine. There's loads to do here on the Welsh border.
Yes. DBS checks are carried out by our two local councils. Powys County Council, and Herefordshire.
