- Students will be issued with individual RFID tag/passes. This will be scanned by drivers to verify students payments are up to date.
- Passes will display minimal information, pupils individual pass number, first name, and payments status.
- Students will permitted to use transport for a period of up to 48 hours if their payment status displays as invalid.
- Non payment will result in loss of seat, and the seat offered to a student on our waiting list.
- These tags/passes can also be scanned by students for important service status updates for example school closures due to inclement weather etc.
- If required, tags/bus passes can be utilised for daily attendance/use of transport for Track & Trace eg during Covid 19.
- Students will be issued with one RFID tag/pass. Replacement tags/passes will incur a fee of £5.
